Our services
physical Therapy
Our belief starts with the idea that each person has the capacity to heal. We strive to understand the underlying mechanism and source of what is taking place in a persons' body, not just how to "fix" the symptoms. Every PT session is individualized and crafted based on the needs of the person on that given day. Treatments examine what might be going wrong biomechanically, physiologically, and neuromuscularly, and how to return the whole system and person to a place of stability and balance. We believe in educating people about their bodies, if people have a solid understanding of the "what" and the "why" behind their pain, they will be drastically more successful and empowered to heal and return to optimal function.
Treatments combine aspects of : Functional Manual Therapy, Myofascial Release, Pilates and Yoga Based Rehab, Dance Medicine, Postural, Biomechanical Assessment and Training, Neuromuscular Reeducation, functionally integrated strength programs aimed at restoring optimal function and balance.

NEW! GROUP PILATES CLASS
Core + Restore is a 65 min. class, with an emphasis on exercises that create stability and strength in the core + trunk muscles, as well as the legs + hips. The strengthening exercises can help to alleviate pain, by activating our deeper musculature for support. The restorative exercises focus on releasing tension in areas that are commonly tight, optimizing range of motion. This balanced approach of exercises can help to create a sense of strength and ease in the body, helping us move and feel better.
